Flavours of smoked pears, refreshing lemons and a creamy mouthfeel, and hints of sweet fennel make this irresistible. It is quite unusual to find a sparkling wine from Portugal and it needs to be tasted to be believed. Made in the traditional Champagne method with white grapes indigenous to Portugal, it is called a Blanc de Blancs. Filipa Pato is one of the best wine makers in Portugal and we are lucky to have this on the website.
