A new one for us, this Sauvignon Blanc is gorgeously ripe and juicy with flavours of Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples backed up by irresistible juicy acidity. Enjoy this with or without food, its so versatile that it is one of the wines that can be enjoyed with a huge range of food. My personal favourite with this is to enjoy it with a roast chicken. Produced in Loire, which is the home town of Sauvignon Blanc, our house wine is easy to see why it is so popular.

Touraine is a Sancerre-like gem, and a brilliant value Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant and elegant, with a real mineral edge, the palate is full-flavoured with freshly squeezed lemon mingling with white fruit, pear and green apples ending with racy, fresh notes. This sauvignon blanc hails from the small estate of Cédric and Dorothée Allion, produced in accordance with the Terra Vitis principles established in the Beaujolais region three decades ago. This method emphasizes rational viticulture over tradition. The Allions keep vineyard interventions to a minimum, avoiding chemical additives. The quality of their wine is evident: it's a notably refined sauvignon blanc, characterized by its crisp and almost steely sharpness, and rich with flavors of gooseberry, peanut, and nettle. It stands out as a clear, remarkably well-priced alternative to New World sauvignon blancs.

New Zealand’s Marlborough region is the gold standard for Sauvignon Blanc, and for good reason. With its cool nights, sun-drenched days, and maritime breezes, the grapes develop that signature bright acidity and crisp fruit character. This wine leans into the more elegant, restrained side of the Marlborough style, proving that New Zealand doesn’t just do bold—it does balance and finesse just as well. Sunshine in a glass—this opulent, fruit-forward Sauvignon Blanc bursts with ripe tropical flavours and mouthwatering freshness. Juicy passion fruit, pineapple, and nectarine take centre stage, balanced by zesty citrus and a whisper of fresh-cut herbs. Vibrant, expressive, and utterly delicious—this is Sauvignon Blanc at its most moreish.

A totally irresistible white from southern Italy, produced solely from the local Trebbiano grape. Fruit, fruit and backed full of zesty lemons, crisp apples and a gorgeous texture. A cracker of a white that will seduce any Pinot Grigio drinker. Ilauri was founded in 2001 by the Di Tonno family, in a magnificent, unspoiled part of the Abruzzi. Their wines showcase grapes local to the area with an emphasis on sustainability in all aspects of their production. This wine is Vegan friendly and produced using 100% renewable energy.

Madregale Bianco is an organic white wine made in Abruzzo in Southern Italy. This fresh and bright white captures the sunshine and the quality available in the south-eastern Italian coast. Made from a blend of Trebbiano with a small dash of Chardonnay, it is unoaked, naturally fermented and bottled to retain fruit characteristics and fresh acidity. Think orchard apples, juicy pears and lively tropical fruits with citrus acidity giving you far more than you'd expect from a wine at this price point. Cantina Tollo is one of the largest co-operatives in the region of Abruzzo, with over 800 growers who, between them, have over 3200 hectares of vineyards. All of the growers are certified organic, as too is the winery itself. The range of land allows for some bottlings to label themselves as coming from a more specific sub-zones, like this one for example in the Terre di Chieti.

If you like Picpoul de Pinet, this bright and zesty Piquepoul is for you. It it the same grape, but made in a different region. It is all about crisp citrus flavours, delicate floral notes, and a refreshing saline finish. Bursting with lemon zest, grapefruit, and white blossom, it has a lively acidity that keeps everything fresh and vibrant. The influence of the nearby Étang de Thau lagoon and cooling Mediterranean breezes gives this wine a sea-kissed minerality, making it the perfect coastal white. Les Caves de Richemer is a historic cooperative winery located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Étang de Thau in Southern Languedoc. Their sustainably farmed vineyards sit on clay-limestone soils, ideal for preserving acidity and freshness in the warm coastal climate. Winemaker Florian Masson ensures that the Piquepoul is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, locking in its pure fruit expression and lively character.
