A blend of 4 grape varieties; Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, Callet, creating a harmonious medium to full bodied wine; warm, spicy and very elegant, with notes of summer fruits and liquorice. The blend of French varietals with Mallorca’s native Callet grape results in a very exciting and unique wine.
12 Volts comes under the stewardship of Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero who are passionate cultivators of Mallorca’s native grapes. They describe their farming style as beyond organic and 12Volts is their second project together.
