This is an Australian Shiraz to write home about, and one that we instantly feel in love with. It has the classic Aussie Shiraz flavours, but made in a very elegant way, you can tell when you are drinking it that is serious quality. Spicy plums, raspberries and blueberry flavours are back up by very delicate vanilla flavours. An excellent wine that can be enjoyed with or without food.
Produced by the Willunga 100 team in South Australia, the grapes are sourced from across the region and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel, except for a small portion of the wine which spends time in old oak to impart extra texture. A super effort for the price point.
