A bright and fruity red wine made in Valencia, Spain. Very similar to a Beaujolais, it tastes of cherry fruit, summer berries and hints of spice. Punches above its weight in terms of value for money.
Celler del Roure is one of the wineries leading a new wave of wineries emerging from Spain who champion indigenous varieties and traditional winemaking methods. The winery, located in Moixent, was built in the 17th century complete with 97 earthern-ware amphorae which the wines are made in.
