Description
This is a particularly special white wine, and extremely memorable. If you like creamy, rich and opulent styles of Chardonnay from France or California, this is something to put on your list. Full of texture and flavour, think ripe melons, green pineapple and a tangy citrus. Pair with rich and creamy pork or chicken dishes for a lively and exciting food pairing. Luis Seabra, former winemaker at Nieeport, has focused his winemaking on the distinct soil types in the valley, and this latest project shows the breadth of style that is achievable in the region. Bright, focused and fresh, Xisto Ilimitado is a great introduction to the new Douro.
