Red: Roisin Curley, Beaune 1er Cru Les Blanches Fleurs 2018
According to Roisin Curley “2018 was one of the hottest vintages since 2003. The wines are deep in colour, plush and supple, with very ripe tannins. It worked out well for me, but you had to be careful.” It is a rich and ripe expression of Beaune, underpinned by Curley’s feminine touch. A rich and velvety Pinot Noir.
