Like all of Roisin’s red wines, this is delicate, feminine and charming. Medium bodied and intense with layers of red berries and herbs with seductive smoky notes.
Fixin is a village located in the north of the Cote de Nuits, and is a neighbour to the very famous Gevrey Chambertin. Entre Deux Velles is the largest single site in the village, nestled right beside some 1er Cru vineyards. The grapes are mostly farmed organically with a hands-off wine-making philosophy is very definitely hands-off and low-intervention, allowing for terroir and variety to shine. These wines are worth all the hype!
