100% Jurançon Noir, from 50-year-old vines grown at an altitude of 350 metres. Matured on lees in vats and barrels for 6 months and the wine is certified organic. Jurancon Noir is unique to the Cahors region and even more unique to find in a single bottling.
Dry, savoury with fragrant undertones, it’s a wine made for food. Fabien Jouves’ is a part of a new wave of winemakers in the South-West of France championing organic viticulture and low sulphur. Definitely a bucket list wine!
