Vibrant, energetic, and beautifully balanced, 12 Volts is a red that pulses with life. A blend of Mallorca’s native Callet and Fogoneu, with a splash of Syrah, it delivers ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and blackberries, wrapped in delicate spice, soft vanilla, and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. Despite its rich, generous fruit, the wine stays wonderfully fresh and lifted, with fine tannins and a long, smooth finish. A versatile, food-friendly wine that’s as at home with grilled lamb as it is with cheese, cured meats, or spicy dishes.

Founded in 2006 by Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero, 4Kilos is one of the most exciting names in Mallorcan wine. Set in a converted sheep farm, the winery has played a huge role in reviving the island’s indigenous grape, Callet, proving that Mallorca can produce wines with both power and elegance. The vineyards, scattered across the island’s red clay ‘Cal Vermell’ soils, are farmed organically and with minimal intervention, allowing the grape, climate, and terroir to take centre stage. 12 Volts is their signature wine—a perfect balance of intensity, freshness, and Mediterranean soul.
