Product Information
A cracker of a white wine! Made from native grape variety garganega this white from Veneto is super clean and crisp and with refreshing acidity and lovely ripe melon and pear flavours. Velvety texture and medium bodied this is an absolute must for the Pinot Grigio lover. Cantine di Monteforte have some of the best vineyards in the Soave Classico Zone within Soave DOC. The majority of their vineyards are situated on south / south east facing hills which provides the grapes with brilliant sunshine and heat resulting in grapes that are much fuller and riper in flavour. Garganega grape variety must be used in all Soave DOC wines.
