Picpoul de Pinet from Château de la Mirande is a crisp, apple-flavoured white wine that pairs beautifully with seafood. Often compared to Muscadet from the Loire Valley, this Languedoc wine offers a zingy, dry profile with a touch more grapey richness. Its proximity to the sea imparts a bright, briny character, complemented by hints of white flowers and ripe green fruit at its core. It’s not austere but rather mouth-filling, retaining all the zip and zing expected from a Picpoul de Pinet.
