A Merlot for Merlot lovers, it is medium bodied and plush style with soft plummy ripe fruit with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and spice. It you like Bordeaux, you will definitely enjoy this excellent glass of wine. Chateau Haut-Blanville is a family run wine domaine established in the 1990s. The owners, Bernard and Beatrice Nivollet moved from Paris to the South of France to fulfill their dreams of being winemakers. They proved very talented at it and their Merlot is the perfect introduction to their stable of wines.
