1 x WHITE: J Moreau Sauvignon Blanc, Loire 2022

A new one for us, this Sauvignon Blanc is gorgeously ripe and juicy with flavours of Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples backed up by irresistible juicy acidity. Enjoy this with or without food, its so versatile that it is one of the wines that can be enjoyed with a huge range of food. My personal favourite with this is to enjoy it with a roast chicken. Produced in Loire, which is the home town of Sauvignon Blanc, our house wine is easy to see why it is so popular.

1 x RED: Barton Guestier, Bordeaux 2022

The perfect midweek Bordeaux that delivers superb quality for money. More fruit forward that most Bordeaux at this price point with tones of cigar box and herbs. Perfect with roast lamb or steak. Located in the heart of the Bordeaux AOC Chateau Haut Gravelier has 26 hectares of vines with an average age of 20 years. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and the wines are vinified in cement tanks. The wine is typically a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.

1 x SPARKLING: La Jara Organic Prosecco Frizzante

This award winning Frizzante Prosecco  is dry, fresh and crisp. Its an excellent example of how good  prosecco can be! Fruity, floral and and light. Produced from Organically grown fruit and only 11% in alcohol, its the perfect start to any party. Even if its a party for 1! La Jara is a multi award winning winery based in the Veneto region in Northern Italy. They produce organic and vegan friendly wines that represent great value for money.

This apple and plum chutney is made for by Janet Drew in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. Sheridan's with Janet for some time to come up with a chutney which was mellow enough to accompany nearly any type of cheese you can think of!

These handmade crackers from Sheridan are baked in West Cork and use stoneground flour from Macroom Oatmeal Mills, Butter from Bandon Co-op, and buttermilk from the Cronin family in Belgooly; all in Co Cork. They are a delightful accompaniment to any cheese.
