Product Information
A gorgeous and great value Pinot Noir, which is no mean feat these days! Bright red fruit, a soft and silky texture and refreshing acidity makes this a wine that a Pinot Noir and a Beaujolais drinker will enjoy! Du Bout des Doigts is a 100% Pinot Noir. Hélène and Christophe vinify it in concrete vats, using semi-carbonic maceration. The result is ultra gourmand and tasty. The main tasting notes would be Morello cherries and fresh almonds. This beautiful pinot noir pairs well with a beautifully seared beef tenderloin or a well executed charcuterie board.
