This is the finest estate in the Cote Chalonnaise in Burgundy. As Kermit Lynch says, ‘Joblot remains the region’s leading winemaker, with a selection of terroir-driven Pinots that are simply world class’. Indeed, it is the best the Chalonnaise has to offer. Year after year, Jean-Marc and now daughter Juliette make a range of 5 reds and 3 whites (mostly from Premier Cru vineyards) which are consistently excellent and show why Burgundy at its best is so impressive.
