Wine at a Glance

This sublime collection is rarer than hens teeth, because it contains both highly coveted Fixin and Nuits St Georges (red) and Bourgogne Aligote (white).

Produced in such tiny quantities every year, and they always sell out. These rare beautiful wines from Ireland's most important wine icon.

1 x RED: Roisin Curley Nuits St George 2022
**ONLY 600  BOTTLES PRODUCED**
This Nuits Saint Georges is an absolute beauty. It’s bursting with layers of red berries on the nose and palate, giving that perfect mix of freshness and depth. What really makes this wine stand out is its incredible balance—the fruit, the acidity, and the tannins are all working in harmony, thanks to the limestone-rich soils of the Côtes de Nuits. There’s a tautness and elegance to the wine, yet it’s rounded with a richness from the brilliant vintage. It's the kind of wine that showcases the finesse of Burgundy, yet has a vibrancy that makes it incredibly approachable.

1 x RED: Róisín Curley Fixin 2022
Róisín Curley Fixin is a captivating wine from one of the Côte d'Or's northernmost villages, crafted from grapes sourced from the largest site in Fixin, nestled among premier cru vineyards. Initially, it presents smoky and flinty notes that linger like a Burgundy morning mist, before opening up to reveal a luscious sweet berry palate, beautifully balanced with crunchy freshness and ample body. This elegant wine reflects the care taken in vineyard management during a warm vintage, ensuring optimal ripeness without overexposure to heat.

1 x RED: Róisín Curley, Fluerie 2022
This Fleurie from Róisín Curley is a stunning expression of the Gamay grape, a classic of the Beaujolais region with a twist of elegance and complexity. Sourced from old vines in the famed ‘Les Moriers’ vineyard, this wine delivers fresh red fruits, floral aromas, and a depth rarely seen in Fleurie. With traditional techniques, including hand-picked, whole-bunch fermentation and careful ageing in neutral barrels, this Fleurie sits confidently at the top of its class.

1 x WHITE: Roisin Curley Bouzeron 2022
This is Roisin Curley's Bouzeron, an appellation created in the 1998 decree and made exclusively from Aligoté grapes grown in the southern Macon Village of the same name. Refined  green fruit flavours, with citrus notes and hints of almond and cashew, with delicate layers of flint and honey note.

1 x WHITE: Roisin Curley Bourgogne Aligote 2022
This is a very special white Burgundy. This is a beautiful expression of Burgundy's lesser known white variety, Aligote, and is perfumed, floral and precise, and is distincytly of a higher calibre than nearly any other Aligote on the markety. This is due to Róisín Curley's honed winemaking skills and understanding of it's potential. It has deliciously high acidity, with white and green-fruit flavours, and a long finish. Roisin Curley is a Mayo woman and trained pharmacist, who discovered a passion for wine around 15 years ago. What started as a hobby swiftly became a labour of love and since 2015, Roisin Curley has been producing wine in Burgundy.

1 x WHITE: Roisin Curley, Beaune Blanc 2022 (white)
This Beaune Blanc from Róisín Curley is a real standout and a bit of a rarity. With 90% Chardonnay and a unique 10% Pinot Blanc blend, it’s unlike many Burgundian whites out there. The 2022 vintage saw just 1,140 bottles produced, making this an exclusive find. On the palate, it’s all about elegance—crisp orchard fruits, a lovely creamy texture, and a subtle minerality that keeps it fresh. There’s a beautiful balance here, with the rich fruit flavors mingling seamlessly with a bright, refreshing finish. Perfect for anyone who loves Burgundy whites but is looking for something a little different.
