The Chardonnay grapes for this surprisingly robust white wine hail from 40-year-old vines nestled in the esteemed 1er Cru 'Montmain' vineyard. A cleverly crafted blend, 30% of this wine gracefully matures in seasoned oak barrels, contributing to its luxurious and velvety character. In the glass, it boasts a brilliant pale yellow hue with hints of vibrant green. The aromatic profile reveals delicate acacia flower notes, ripe yellow nectarine, and zesty green citrus fruits. Gérard and Hélène Tremblay possess 34 hectares in Chablis, with 10 dedicated to Premier and Grand Crus.
