This wine is fresh with fine bubbles, clean floral notes, and a grassy aroma. Notes of banana and citrus fruits emerge, with a crunchy finish and balanced acidity. Made from indigenous grapes and founded in 1999 by Vicente García, it is recognized as one of the top Cavas, with the family’s winemaking heritage dating back to 1808. 

The proximity of the vineyards to the winery ensures quick grape transfer, reducing spoilage risks. The blend is 75% Macabeo and 25% Parellada, with initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. After one year of aging, the wine is disgorged without adding any expedition liquor, resulting in a bone-dry, fresh wine with fine bubbles and balanced acidity.

RARE | GIFT IDEA This is a stunning growers Champagne that is rich, intense and bursting with floral aromas. The bubbles are fine, plentiful and creamy and overall its an excellent Champagne that would challenge the likes of Moet and Veuve. This is absolutely gorgeous! A deep golden colour made predominantly from red grapes, 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, with the balance made up of 15% Chardonnay. This has zero dosage, which means that is no additional sugar added and is completely bone dry. Farmed organically and biodynamically, there are no chemicals used in the vineyards and there is a hands-off approach in the winery. I couldn't recommend this anymore highly for those who love Champagne and sparkling wine.

1 x Trenel Cremant De Bourgogne Extra Brut NV (click to order individually)
Made from Chardonnay and produced in the Burgundy region, this Cremant makes an excellent alternative to Champagne, at half the price. This Crémant possesses a brilliant gold color. The bubbles are fine and pleasant in the mouth. The nose marries fresh aromas of acacia, green apple and white peach with buttery and nutty notes, due to its particularly long aging on laths. It’s a gastronomic wine: round and very complex in the mouth.
