This premium Box of Bubbles features a stylish and rare Growers Champagne which is a Blancs de Noirs and a high quality cremant produced by the stable of Chapoutier which is primarily white grapes. A gorgeous comparison of two key styles and, of course, stylishly delicious. Our Brut Nature Cava is crisp, fresh, fruity and bone dry!

1 x Cava Brut Nature, Pago de Tharsys, Spain 
This wine is fresh with fine bubbles, clean floral notes, and a grassy aroma. Notes of banana and citrus fruits emerge, with a crunchy finish and balanced acidity. Made from indigenous grapes, it is recognized as one of the top Cavas in Spain

The proximity of the vineyards to the winery ensures quick grape transfer, reducing spoilage risks. The blend is 75% Macabeo and 25% Parellada, with initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. After one year of aging, the wine is disgorged without adding any expedition liquor, resulting in a bone-dry, fresh wine with fine bubbles and balanced acidity.

1 x Trenel Cremant De Bourgogne Extra Brut NV 
Made from Chardonnay and produced in the Burgundy region, this Cremant makes an excellent alternative to Champagne, at half the price. This Crémant possesses a brilliant gold color. The bubbles are fine and pleasant in the mouth. The nose marries fresh aromas of acacia, green apple and white peach with buttery and nutty notes, due to its particularly long aging on laths. It’s a gastronomic wine: round and very complex in the mouth.
