Product Information
This elegant wine showcases an array of dark fruits, complemented by hints of fresh earth and subtle spice. Medium-bodied with a silky, smooth texture. This wine is made with 30% whole bunch fermentation, to add floral characters and increases the perception of brightness and fruit flavours.
Roisin Curley is a Mayo woman and trained pharmacist, who discovered a passion for wine around 15 years ago. What started as a hobby swiftly became a labour of love and since 2015, Roisin Curley has been producing wine in Burgundy. She is known as a micro negociant, and buys tiny parcels of grapes from the best vineyards she can find. The production is so small, in fact, that the each bottle is individually numbered. Roisin's wine immediately reached cult status and the wines always sell out very early, meaning that we patiently have to wait for each restock before we can sample her liquid gold!
