As a Master of Wine and passionate winemaker, Róisín embraces a low-intervention approach, allowing the terroir and grape variety to shine. Her commitment to organic farming, meticulous grape sorting, and minimal use of new oak preserve the wine’s natural character. The 2021 vintage faced significant challenges, yet Róisín's expertise shines through, delivering exceptional quality.
