Róisín Curley is behind this stunning wine, and her approach is all about letting the terroir shine. Since 2015, she’s been creating low-intervention, hands-off wines, focusing on organic grape suppliers and meticulously sorting grapes to ensure the highest quality. Róisín’s dedication to minimal fining and filtration allows the natural character of the vineyard to take center stage, and her thoughtful use of concrete tanks and a mix of barrel suppliers adds a wonderful complexity. It’s clear her commitment to quality is unwavering, and the growers she partners with speak highly of her work—a true testament to the excellence she brings to every bottle.
